I’m running for Lieutenant Governor because California deserves leadership that listens and focuses on real solutions.

I was raised by a single mother, so I understand firsthand how important affordability and the cost of living are for families. Like many Californians, I know what it means when every dollar matters.

My background is not politics. My background is solving problems. As a professional mediator and trained hostage negotiator, my career has been about bringing people together, finding common ground, and helping people work through difficult situations to reach practical solutions.

The Lieutenant Governor plays an important role in California’s leadership. The office serves as President of the California State Senate with the authority to cast tie breaking votes on key legislation. The Lieutenant Governor also serves on the Board of Regents for the University of California and the Board of Trustees for the California State University, helping guide the future of higher education for millions of students.

In addition, the Lieutenant Governor serves on the California State Lands Commission, helping oversee billions of dollars in public lands, natural resources, and coastal assets that belong to the people of California.

My focus is simple: make California more affordable, strengthen education, support safe communities, and improve the infrastructure that keeps our state moving.

I’m running with no party preference because leadership should answer to the people, not political parties.
